I specialize in perinatal nutrition and offer two convenient ways to support your body: postpartum freezer meal prep in your third trimester or fresh, nourishing weekly meal plans delivered directly to your home in your fourth trimester. Each meal is thoughtfully created to support healing, boost energy, and nurture the mama-baby microbiome. By combining doula care with deeply nourishing food, my goal is to support the whole you - physically, emotionally, and nutritionally.
